An expensive case for VY

Vy Communications sued Vygruppen for infringement of the company's trademark. Now however, the case is "resolved" and a settlement is agreed between the two parties. 

This case shows that it can be extremely expensive not to carry out the necessary checks or clarifications in a naming process.
