We do not sell personal data to other companies for marketing purposes. We can only share your personal data in the following instances:

  • With third parties, when an order includes items supplied by a third party
  • With a third-party supplier carrying out tasks or work on our behalf and according to our instructions

Google

We use Google Analytics to measure the number of visitors, which pages are most popular, how long visits last, and other related information.

This information has been anonymised as far as possible through Google Analytics’ tools, and is used solely to provide an overall impression; we do not identify individuals through statistical data collection.

We use Google Ads – an advertising system. With Ads, advertisers can reach people who are actively searching for their products or services on Google's search engine.

Cookies. How we use cookies.
We use cookies to provide you with better services. Some cookies are absolutely necessary for the functionality of the websites, while others are used to improve performance and user experience.

Functional cookies are used to: – remember your login details – maintain security when you are logged in – ensure that the websites work well for you as a user.

Performance cookies are used to: – Help websites load faster and improve the user experience.

Targeted cookies are used to: – allow you to share and like content – send information to other websites to personalise their advertising

Examples of use
Cookies are used to make our services even better for you, for example by: – enabling a service that recognises your device, so you don't have to enter the same information multiple times – remembering that you have already entered your username and password when you are logged into the pages, so you don't have to do it again for each page – measuring how many people are using the services, so we can make them easier and faster – analysing data to help us understand how you use online services, so we can improve them

If you do not allow us to use cookies, certain features and the websites will not function correctly. If you wish to delete cookies that are already stored on your computer, you must follow the instructions for your browser by clicking on Help in the menu.

You can read more about cookies and how we use them at www.aboutcookies.org or by clicking Help in your browser.

Third-party tools – Third-party content
We occasionally publish videos, images or other content from other third-party websites. Such content may treat the visitor as if they were on the included content's own website and it may therefore occur that information is stored or statistics are gathered by these third parties.

Courses and registration

On our websites, there are occasional opportunities to sign up for courses. When you sign up for a course, the information necessary for the course provider is collected. This may include name, address, telephone number, time, and email.

The information is used to confirm that the person will attend the course, and where payment/invoices should be sent. Information about course participants is deleted when it is no longer relevant. This can, for example, be when a course certificate expires.

What rights do you have?

  • You can request that we delete your personal information from our records. We cannot delete data that the law requires us to retain.
  • You can request a correction of your information if you consider it to be incorrect.
  • You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
